Refund Policy

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Company” individually and collectively refer to “VAINAVI INDUSTRIES LTD” and the terms “You” / “Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users / subscribers.

This Refund Policy is applicable to all broadband internet, leased line, IPTV, VoIP, and related services offered by VAINAVI INDUSTRIES LTD / D-VOIS VILCOM PVT LTD under the brand name “Vainavi”. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services.

General Refund Principles

All payments made towards activation charges, installation charges, and subscription plans are governed by the terms of the service agreement entered into between the subscriber and the Company. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refund

(a) Service Not Activated: If the Company fails to activate the subscribed service within the committed timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, and the subscriber requests cancellation, a full refund of the amounts paid (excluding any administrative charges) shall be processed.

(b) Prepaid Plan Cancellation: In case a subscriber cancels their prepaid subscription plan before the commencement of the billing cycle for which the payment was made, a refund of the proportionate unused amount may be considered, subject to deduction of applicable processing fees and administrative charges.

(c) Service Downtime / Outage: In the event of prolonged and unresolved service outages attributable solely to the Company’s network infrastructure, subscribers may be entitled to a service credit or proportionate reduction in the billing amount for the affected period, as determined by the Company on a case-by-case basis. Such credits shall be applied to future billing cycles and will not be refunded in cash.

(d) Duplicate / Erroneous Payments: If a subscriber makes a duplicate or erroneous payment for the same billing period, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted in the subsequent billing cycle upon verification by the Company.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

(a) One-time installation and activation charges, once the service has been activated at the subscriber’s premises.

(b) Charges for any value-added services (VAS) or add-on packs that have been availed or consumed by the subscriber.

(c) Any charges for services consumed or utilised during the active period of the subscription, including partial month usage.

(d) Charges pertaining to equipment, hardware devices, routers, or other accessories provided or rented to the subscriber, unless the equipment is found to be defective at the time of delivery.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the transaction or event giving rise to the refund claim. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Refund Timeline

Upon approval of a valid refund request, the Company shall process the refund within 7 to 14 working days. Refunds shall be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet) used at the time of payment, subject to the processing timelines of the respective financial institution or payment gateway.

Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be published on the Company’s website at www.vainavi.net and shall be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Company’s services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
