The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Company” individually and collectively refer to “VAINAVI INDUSTRIES LTD” and the terms “You” / “Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users / subscribers.
By accessing or using any of the services offered by VAINAVI INDUSTRIES LTD / D-VOIS VILCOM PVT LTD (“Vainavi”) through the website www.vainavi.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services
Vainavi is a Class “B” Internet Service Provider licensed by the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. We provide broadband internet, leased line, IPTV, VoIP, FTTH, and related value-added services across our coverage area in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
2. Subscriber Obligations
As a subscriber, you agree to:
(a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date.
(b) Use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
(c) Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the network, servers, or systems connected to our services.
(d) Not use the services to transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable under applicable laws.
(e) Not resell or redistribute the internet services provided under your subscription without prior written consent from Vainavi.
3. Account and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Vainavi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Billing and Payment
Subscription charges are payable in advance as per the plan selected by the subscriber. All payments must be made by the due date mentioned in the invoice. Late payments may attract reconnection or penalty charges as applicable. Vainavi reserves the right to revise service charges with prior notice as required by applicable regulations.
5. Fair Usage Policy
Certain plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Under FUP, after the subscriber exhausts the high-speed data limit specified in the plan, the internet speed may be reduced for the remainder of the billing cycle. Details of the FUP applicable to each plan are mentioned in the plan description.
6. Service Interruptions
While Vainavi strives to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the services will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime. Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, network upgrades, natural calamities, government directives, or technical failures beyond our control. Vainavi shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Vainavi website and related materials are the property of VAINAVI INDUSTRIES LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Vainavi.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vainavi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes to Terms
Vainavi reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website at www.vainavi.net and will be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
